be quiet! System Power 10 850W is a long-awaited update of the younger series of power supplies from the eminent German brand. At a consistently moderate price, the novelty has received a number of pleasant improvements. Cables are still modular, but now flat and soft, which helps them to be neatly laid inside the PC case.
Unification of electronics
Capacitors remained Taiwanese Teapo, but now belong to the high temperature series 105 degrees Celsius. But the manufacturer of the electronic filling has changed: instead of HEC, CWT is used. Thus, be quiet! unified its circuitry for one OEM partner. Recall that earlier there were be quiet! still based on FSP.
At low revs
An efficiency factor of 85 percent results in an 80 PLUS Bronze energy efficiency certificate. The Yate Loon fan was replaced by the branded be quiet!, albeit on a simple plain bearing. But up to 50% of the load on the PSU, the turntable is not audible at all, and even at full 100% it is much quieter than its competitors.
