Xiaomi Mi AirDots 2 SE are in-ear headphones made in the form of 2 independent modules without a headband. First of all, this is a great headset.
With sound, the story is similar, as in the original AirPods, it is not impressive. Traditionally for in-ear headphones, they lack an accent in the lower register and high-quality noise isolation. There is definitely more bass, but bassheads are unlikely to leave happy. And in the metro you will hear the roar of the car, the sound of wheels, and all the announcements of stops. The volume margin is also not impressive, at a volume above 80 the music starts to sound dirty and overloaded. Therefore, they work much better as a headset. The microphone here is quite sensitive, the noise reduction is adequate, and the ears do not get tired from prolonged wearing, thanks to the “ear-buds” form factor.
For its small price, the sound is very good.
For me personally, the lack of bass is a plus rather than a minus (let's say it's a matter of taste).
They work for a long time, charge quickly, fit well (don't fall out, don't dangle).
They connect excellently, straight out of the box, and there's no need for complicated setups.
For those not used to such headphones, it might take a couple of days, maybe a week to get accustomed (ears might hurt a little, but everything will be fine).
I definitely liked the headphones. Price-quality, nothing more to say.
