This stationary charcoal grill from the American manufacturer Weber is considered a cult among its kind. Convenient and spacious barbecue can be transformed into a grill — thanks to a hemispherical flattened lid.
Temperature control
The model is equipped with all the chips that can only be provided in the grill. There is even a thermometer here — it is built into the lid and allows you to control the temperature of cooking. Heat adjustment is made using the One-Touch system — it not only cleans the bottom, it can be used to control the heat. Ventilation holes located on the lid help to adjust the temperature inside the grill. It also has a hook — for shoulder blades, tongs and other tools.
The body is made of heat resistant steel. The coating is porcelain enamel, which does not tolerate metal brushes.
The Weber Original Kettle 47 has two charcoal separator trays made of durable galvanized steel. With their help, you can evenly distribute the coals on the sides to cook in an indirect way. For measuring coal, a dispenser (measuring cup) is attached. The design of the aluminium bowl is such that if the wind blows outside, the ash will be carried through the air — it can get on clothes.
