Either FOXTROT sells a fake, or TEFAL hacks and deceives when he writes about a guarantee, quality, and so on. I bought a set of pans (3 pcs.) Tefal DUETTO+ for $100. I cooked spaghetti once, after the pan had cooled down, I washed it by hand, not with a cheap detergent, not with the abrasive side of a washcloth. The next day, I noticed that the entire bottom of the pan was oxidized, turned blue (I am attaching a photo of what happened to it.), In my opinion, this is a marriage or TEFAL went crazy for that kind of money to sell this bullshit. *The parents of the BERGhoff pans are almost 20 years old, they are like new! I really regret that I trusted the consultant Natalia (representative of Groupe SEB, which includes TEFAL), who claimed that their dishes are no worse than BERGhoff, LIE! Today I took the pots back to the FOXTROT store, OF COURSE they refused to return it, because there is no presentation, I should have guessed that this surprise awaited me) I had to write a statement that FOXTROT lawyers will consider within 10 days. Bottom line: I’m without $100 and a pan for at least 10 days + I have to ride traffic jams to them, waste my nerves and prove my case.
