The red and black VG 400 barbecue grill from the German brand Steba is powered by electricity. The device has an original and presentable design — a two-colour sphere stands on a tripod ending in five legs. The grill looks more than elegant, it will look great in the kitchen, in the garage or in a private cafe. In winter, you can turn it on in the apartment, in the summer you can take it with you to the country house and turn it on on the street.
Desktop-floor version
The closed grill is easy to assemble and clean. By screwing or unscrewing the tripod, the device can be used in the floor and desktop version. If the grill is on legs, a convenient shelf for products is installed in the middle part of the tripod.
The ceramic-coated round grate can accommodate a lot of food at the same time — one run is enough to feed a large company. The plate diameter is 53.5 cm — one part of it is smooth, the second is corrugated (for different types of products). The fat flowing down from the fried products collects in a removable pallet.
Precise temperature setting
Electric grill VG 400 cooks meat and other products in different temperature conditions. By closing the lid and adjusting the air supply with a steam valve, you can get juicy and not dry meat with a soft crispy crust. The temperature inside the grill is adjusted mechanically — with a rotary knob, and is displayed on a thermometer mounted in the lid.
When assembled, the grill weighs 12.3 kg, if desired, it can be easily rearranged. Moreover, this can be done even in the on state — by holding the heat-insulated handles.
