Sony's Extra BASS technology boosts the bass content of the audio spectrum, greatly enhancing the sound of genres such as electronic dance music and hip-hop. Two 42mm acoustic drivers provide powerful and rich sound, and a special Live Sound mode further enlivens it and makes it more voluminous. Portable speaker system Sony SRS-XB21 has a compact size, fits easily into a small bag and weighs only 530 g.

Built-in lithium-ion battery provides up to 12 hours of active work. To transmit sound from a smartphone running Android and iOS operating systems, an energy-efficient wireless bluetooth 4.2 interface is used, the radius of reliable communication reaches 10 m.
