Sony Extra Bass SRS-XB12

Introduced in the fall of 2019, the speaker belongs to the junior models of the Extra Bass line of the Sony brand. She received a moisture and dust-resistant case, as well as a passive radiator, designed to add depth and improve the overall sound quality of low frequencies. With a height of 94 mm and a diameter of 74 mm, the size of the mono speaker is 46 mm. The Sony Extra Bass SRS-XB12 speaker system is capable of playing music from a smartphone via Bluetooth (technology version 4.2 is supported) or when a signal source is connected via mini-Jack (3.5 mm).

The built-in battery provides a solid 16 hours of battery life. Important features include the ability to synchronize with another of the same speaker to provide stereo sound. In addition, due to the built-in microphone, acoustics can be used as an external phone speaker (for hands-free calls). Among other bonuses, we highlight support for the AAC codec, the presence of a removable strap for carrying or hanging, as well as a small total weight (243 grams).
