Samsung Galaxy Book2 15

The second generation of universal laptops from Samsung from the Galaxy Book line. All representatives of this series are ultra-thin 15.6-inch aluminium laptops that are suitable for a variety of usage scenarios: from studying and watching TV shows to working with spreadsheets, organizing conference calls, writing code, etc. Equipped with all the necessary tools for efficient operation, including a capacious long-lasting battery, a comfortable backlit keyboard, support for current interfaces and a network controller with support for all current wireless protocols.

The production capacity of the line is provided by a combination of a hybrid 10-core Core i7 processor (Alder Lake family, 12th generation), 16 GB of LPDDR4X RAM, an SSD with a capacity of 1024 to 2048 GB and a video accelerator built into the processor from the Iris Xe series. In the production of these chips, Intel engineers for the first time tried a scheme with hybrid P / E cores, which independently distribute the load, optimizing system performance and power consumption.

Thanks to this, Galaxy Book2 15 laptops are able to work on a single battery charge for about 10-11 hours, guaranteeing the owner high mobility and autonomy. Fast charging is supported, capable of replenishing 80% of the battery in just 60 minutes. In addition, the manufacturer also took care of data safety by equipping all Galaxy Book2 laptops with a TPM cryptographic module for secure authentication in corporate networks, a biometric fingerprint scanner and a physical "anti-theft" lock.

15.6-inch IPS displays with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels (16:9 aspect ratio), a brightness margin of 320 cd/m² and far from the most impressive color reproduction (75% sRGB, 50% DCI P3) are responsible for displaying the image. In addition, all Galaxy Book laptops are equipped with a high-quality 1080p webcam and two microphones. Stereo speakers support Dolby Atmos. The keyboard is backlit for typing in the dark. The built-in network controller is friendly with Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2, but there is no direct LAN port. Add to this a thin and light aluminium body (1.57 kg, 15 mm) and you get an interesting option for the role of a portable device for frequent wear, business trips, business trips and travel.
