Cast aluminium
The diameter of the model (if, of course, such a measurement is applicable to a square shape) is 28 cm. The pan is made of thickened cast aluminium with a bottom thickness of 5.5 mm and walls of 2.5 mm. It is convenient to hold it by the ergonomic handle, which provides a tenacious grip of the kitchen appliance in your hand. But the handle is non-removable, so it will not work to use the model as ovenware.
No fear for metal
The ribbed bottom of the pan and its walls are coated with a titanium-based non-stick coating. It is not at all afraid of metal exposure, so you can safely use metal spatulas in tandem with a grill pan. And the Rondell Zeita RDA-119 is dishwasher safe.
