The model belongs to the classic type and has a size of 28 cm, that is, it is designed for large portions. It is made of extruded aluminium and boasts a three-layer TriTitan non-stick coating based on titanium. It is resistant to damage, allows you to use any accessories, even metal ones, and cook not only tasty, but also healthy dishes without adding a lot of oil. The walls and bottom are 3.5 mm thick, while the inner surface of the bottom is covered with small cells. On such a corrugated surface, food does not burn, gets an appetizing crust and retains its juiciness. But there is also a downside: food residue can get stuck in these cells, which makes it much more difficult to clean the pan after use.
The handle is made of stainless steel and has a silicone finish. It doesn't get hot or slip out of your hand, and it's long enough and with secure fasteners to hold a large dish with a dish.
