The vacuum cleaner from the Chinese company Roidmi attracts attention with its exquisite design, which has won international awards such as the IF Design Award and DFA Design Award, as well as a reasonable price, an excellent set of functions and high quality cleaning. This universal model is designed for dry cleaning and can serve as either a standard upright vacuum cleaner or a compact hand-held device if the telescopic tube is detached. Thus, one device ensures cleanliness not only in the house, but also in the workplace, in the yard and even in the car. The suction power reaches up to 130W, delivering a stunning 23500Pa, which in practice means it effectively removes large waste, fine dust, hair, fur on a variety of surface types, including carpets, although very thick and tall carpets may be beyond its capabilities.

The high-power motor is capable of reaching up to 110 rpm, with multiple operating modes to handle a variety of cleaning tasks. These modes affect not only suction, but also battery life. At minimum speed, the 2500 mAh battery provides up to 60 minutes of operation, which is enough to clean the entire apartment. However, in turbo mode the operating time is reduced to 10 minutes. Fortunately, the battery charges relatively quickly, in just 2.5 hours from 0% to 100%. Particular attention is paid to the charger: it is a compact station that is mounted on the wall and holds the vacuum cleaner on magnets, charging it wirelessly. In addition, it is possible to charge from a wired network.

The set of attachments included in the kit significantly expands the functionality of the vacuum cleaner. The basis is an electric turbo brush with its own drive, which is a universal tool for cleaning various types of floors, effectively collecting debris from laminate, parquet and carpets. LED lighting on the turbo brush provides visibility in hard-to-reach places and dark corners. The mini turbo brush will become an indispensable assistant when using a vacuum cleaner in manual mode, ideal for cleaning upholstered furniture, mattresses, pillows and car seats. The soft bristled dust brush is designed to gently pick up dust from a variety of surfaces and even electronics such as laptops and PCs. The set is completed with a narrow crevice nozzle, ideal for cleaning areas that standard nozzles cannot reach.

One of the notable features of the Roidmi S2 is the ability to sync with a smartphone. Although you won't be able to control it remotely like a robot vacuum cleaner, the mobile app provides information about the current operating mode, battery level, dust container fullness and filter status, making the device much easier to use and maintain.
