An advanced studio condenser microphone used for professional recording of vocals, strings, keyboards and drums. The model is designed with an emphasis on clear transmission of mid frequencies, supported by velvety “tops” and voluminous soft bass. The Rode NT1 Kit does not color instrumental sounds and delivers vocals extremely clearly. A large one-inch HF6 capsule with a gold-plated membrane is installed in the “inside” of the microphone.
The model has a traditional cardioid polar pattern, covers a wide frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz, and has a sensitivity of -29 dB. To power the microphone, you will need phantom power with a voltage of 24 V or 48 V. The device is connected to a three-pin XLR connector on board the studio recording equipment. The microphone body is made of 6061 aluminium, and is additionally nickel-plated to prevent corrosion. The “whale” configuration of the device includes an SM6 vibration suspension, a pop filter and a cable supplied as standard.
