In the low-cost smartphone segment, you can sometimes find devices with interesting features, one of which is the Realme C55.

Interactive “Microcapsule”

Realme C55 comes in attractive colors with prominent main camera lenses (64+2 MP). The IPS screen of the smartphone deserves special attention, especially the area around the 8 MP front camera. Next to the selfie camera are interactive "Microcapsule" strips reminiscent of the iPhone's Dynamic Island. These bars display information about battery charge, step counter, Internet traffic limits and other data.

Basic performance

The smartphone screen is equipped with a 6.72-inch IPS matrix with a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The screen is well balanced, with no obvious strengths or weaknesses. The internal “filling” is represented by an eight-core MediaTek Helio G88 processor and 6/128 GB of memory, and the amount of RAM can be increased due to part of the permanent memory.

Onboard equipment

To expand the memory there is a slot for a microSD card. Other features include dual-band Wi-Fi, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and fast wired charging for a 5,000mAh battery. The 33-watt adapter allows you to charge the battery up to 50% in 30 minutes, and fully charge it in an hour or a little more.
