The Gourmet Ceramic series from Polaris includes 3 types of traditional frying pans with different diameters of 20, 24 and 28 mm. For other characteristics, the models are absolutely identical.
Retrodesign
Gourmet Ceramic GC has received a slightly archaic design, typical of antique kitchen utensils. The product is made in black, which gradually acquires a red tint closer to the bottom, visually reminiscent of the effect of metal heated to red. Outwardly, it resembles a weighty cast-iron bowl, although it is actually made of cast aluminium, and inside it is a spacious smooth container 5.5 cm high, with an absolutely smooth transition between the bottom and walls. The latter are quite thick, due to which the heating occurs slowly and evenly. This means that everything you cook in this pan will simmer rather than fry or boil.
