Using a combination of tweeters, woofers and bass reflex drivers, the speakers deliver clear sound and rich bass. The equalizer offers different sound presets for different genres of music, be it hip-hop, classical symphonies or rock opera.
The music center is powered from the mains, but can act as a power bank, recharging third-party gadgets via a USB port. When it comes to connecting to a sound source, the Philips TAM-4205 is a universal model. There is a CD drive for CDs, a USB port for external drives, and Bluetooth version 4.2 for wireless connection. Connect the audio system to your smartphone, TV or computer wirelessly and listen to your favorite playlists, podcasts or audiobooks.
In addition, there is a 3.5mm audio input and FM radio with a digital tuner that ensures clear signal reception. At the same time, you have the opportunity to store up to 10 radio stations in memory for quick access to them. The control panel has a display that displays the current time and all the necessary information about settings, connection and playback. Useful additional features include the ability to set an alarm and a system auto-shutdown timer.
