NZXT H500 is a strict-looking and smartly made case, where even the largest computer components will fit exactly. The side window is made of tempered glass with a thickness of 3 mm (for increased rigidity, it is reinforced with a frame and is easily attached with a single screw), and the rest of the panels are made of thick sheet metal. All this resulted in a solid weight of 7 kg, which completely eliminates any vibration, especially hard drives.

Two by two

There are two seats for 3.5-inch HDDs and the same number for 2.5-inch SSDs. Moreover, the mounts for the latter can be taken out both in a conspicuous place (the cover of the power supply casing), and hidden behind the motherboard mounting panel if the SSD does not harmonize in colour with other computer components.

Sophisticated cable management

In the same place, behind the back wall, wires are neatly laid, a special box is provided for them. There is plenty of space between the case panels, even thick high-amp power wires for CPU and graphics card will fit without any problems. But there are no slots for 5.25-inch devices (DVD drive or reobass). Apparently, NZXT engineers considered them to be irrevocably archaic, and the complete 12 cm fan on a screw-threaded bearing is already very quiet.

Everything will fit

The H500 fits CPU coolers up to 16.5 cm and video cards up to 38 cm (in principle, they don't make them taller and longer). The vidyuhi length margin is enough even taking into account the installation behind the front panel of a thick two-section CBO, for example, the NZXT Kraken X62. There are three colour variations of the H500 body to choose from: completely black, as well as with a red or blue decorative insert. And especially for fans of RGB lighting, the older version of the H500i is offered.
