Which CPU cooler to choose?Nuances of choosing a CPU cooler that guarantee safety, durability and quiet operation of the PC
Model overview based on user reviews
The Noiseblocker NB-eLoop B12-PS is a 120 mm fan designed primarily for its stylish design, making it an excellent choice for aesthetically-focused builds like the user's white NZXT H210 setup. It features PWM fan speed regulation with a 4-pin connection, allowing for automatic speed adjustments. Although the manufacturer states a minimum speed of 400 rpm, the user notes it doesn't operate below 750 rpm, though this isn't a significant issue as the fan remains quiet even at higher speeds. The fan is mounted on a CPU cooler tower and effectively maintains low temperatures for an i5-9400f processor. The user plans to enhance their system's quietness by replacing other components, indicating confidence in the Noiseblocker's performance in a quiet system.
Pros
Cons
pWM fan speed regulation. 2) The minimum speed, according to the manufacturer, is 400 rpm. But for me, this cooler refuses to work below 750 rpm. Although this is more of a nitpick, as you can't hear it even like this. |

I plan to replace my HDD 7200 rpm with an NVMe drive, as well as the stock case fans with Noctua. I think this cooler will fit perfectly into such a quiet system (in terms of noise).
