MSI Spatium M390 is a relatively inexpensive, high-quality and fairly fast SSD drive with a capacity of 1 TB. It is made in a compact M.2 2280 form factor, so it can be used even in laptops and ultrabooks with a thin body. The main thing is that it supports the NVMe 1.4 protocol. The MSI Spatium M390 uses Micron's 176-layer TLC memory, which is used with equal success in both inexpensive and advanced drives.

The device is controlled by a Phison E15T four-channel bufferless controller, which is actually a simplified version of the Phison E19T with a disabled PCI-E 4.0 interface.
