An advanced wireless router with many protruding antenna horns, belonging to the AX6000 class of Wi-Fi equipment. The model supports Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) networks, providing data transfer speeds of up to 1148 Mbps at a frequency of 2.4 GHz and up to 4804 Mbps in the less crowded 5 GHz band. Eight high-gain omnidirectional antennas with Beamforming technology guarantee stable Wi-Fi throughout your home.
BSS Coloring helps minimize interference from other signals. And MU-MIMO 4×4 and OFDMA technologies allow you to relieve the network and increase its throughput. However, Mercusys MR90X supports 160 MHz channels. As for the physical connection ports, on board the model there is a 2.5-Gigabit WAN/LAN, one reassignable Gigabit Ethernet network connector and a couple more Gigabit LAN ports. The router provides reliable traffic encryption using the WPA3 standard. Up to 256 client devices can connect to it overnight. The wireless router is configured via a web interface or the MERCUSYS mobile app, which includes flexible parental control tools.
