Do you want to buy a Luxeon UPS? Think twice!

The Luxeon UPS-2500ZX is the worst thing I've ever seen! At the slightest disturbance in the 220V network, it switches to battery power, resulting in constant clicking back and forth: sometimes from 220V, sometimes from batteries. Due to this operation, the batteries are constantly discharged by a couple of percent, then charged, then discharged again by a couple of percent, then charged again... which leads to increased battery wear within just a few months. I addressed this problem to the Luxeon authorized service center in Odessa, the technician said they have no disturbances in the network, so my UPS works fine there, and they sent it back to me. My suggestions to investigate the firmware code and find errors that may cause the switch to battery operation in the presence of a 220V network were ignored. Another drawback of the Luxeon UPS-2500ZX is the constantly running cooling fan, even when the UPS is powered by the 220V network and loaded only to 15% of its capacity. The case is completely cold, but the fan is running, i.e., Luxeon saved on a temperature sensor that would turn on the fan only when it heats up. CONCLUSION: while I can tolerate the constantly running fan, I cannot tolerate the inadequate response to disturbances in the 220V network, since batteries are very expensive. As a result, I will be forced to buy a new UPS.

Powerful, excellent voltage stabilization, eliminates the need for purchasing a separate voltage stabilizer. Fast switching relay. PROVIDES A TRUE SINE WAVE (Personally verified).
Large weight of 23 kilograms, and a very loud cooler for cooling.
