The German manufacturer HECO has been supplying premium speaker systems to the market for many decades, so every new product is eagerly awaited. The Aurora 1000 floorstanders have been breaking sales records for 4 years and have become the standard of good sound for many audiophiles.

Complete harmony

Thin (39x31 cm) rectangular speakers 126 cm high look solid and expensive. The top and front parts are covered with matt lacquer, while the sides and back panel are covered with a film imitating wood. Heavy-duty feet with adjustable spikes and a single cabinet weight of 26.6 kg provide reliable stability. The speakers are covered with magnetic fabric grills, but without them, the system looks much more spectacular and richer. Especially in white.

Rich sound

4 speakers provide just the same excellent sound. A 170 mm midbass with a craft paper cone and a rubber long-throw suspension is responsible for the mids. The proprietary 28mm Fluctus tweeter delivers accurate sound reproduction thanks to its silk dome and clever placement between the woofer and midrange.

The bass register is represented by two woofers with a diameter of 200 mm on rubber suspensions and with powerful voice coils. They are assisted by 2 bass-reflex ports brought to the rear panel. Together, this provides high-resolution sound in the range of 22 – 42500 Hz with excellent localization and focus of sound images.

Aurora 1000 can be paired with an amplifier with a power of up to 380 watts per channel and can easily sound a room up to 120 square metres. In addition, the model has two pairs of large screw terminals for connection in the Bi-Amping/Bi-Wiring format, which significantly expands its capabilities.
