The pedantic German Hansa FCMX64040 is dressed in a "suit" to match stainless steel, so that it becomes an adornment of any more or less modern kitchen.

The pride of the stove is a capacious electric oven with a useful volume of as much as 69 liters. In it, you can bake a whole large bird (for example, a turkey) or even a suckling pig. The oven has several combinations of operation of the lower and upper heating elements, as well as a heating element grill. It, in turn, is complemented by a skewer for browning meat barrels until a crispy appetizing crust appears.

Careful arrangement

The dimensions and power of the burners in the arsenal of the stove are selected with careful placement, so that you can cook in dishes of any size in the optimal mode for the dish. In the foreground there are two gas burners (the largest with a power of 2.6 kW and the least powerful at 1 kW), and in the far distance there is a tandem of gas and electric burners (1.65 kW and 1.8 kW, respectively). Cookware over gas burners rests on enameled steel grates and sometimes slides on them.

Maintaining cleanliness

The plate is also good and easy to care for the inside of the structure. A removable door with a removable glass helps to clean the oven from dirt. But with the Hansa FCMX64040 worktop, you will have to tinker a bit, since stainless steel makes a little more demands in maintaining cleanliness than enamelled surfaces. Finally, one cannot ignore the electric ignition of gas burners, which makes the stove more convenient to use and allows you to abandon external devices for igniting gas.
