However, I want to leave a negative review regarding our experience with Gorenje's service. The documentation for this product states that the warranty is valid only if the stove is installed by an authorized service technician. Since we still had a bit of warranty time left, we decided to do it properly and called the Gorenje hotline. They gave us a contact for ACS Pobuttehservis, and when we called, we encountered such a blatant level of incompetence that the "authorized" status was questionable (I won't go into detail here, but I'll leave them a comprehensive review directly). After reading additional reviews about this company, we decided not to contact them at all.
After a second attempt, Gorenje gave us another service contact – ERC. Things started much better there: from the operator's work to the application via the website, etc. However, when it came down to it, and the request was submitted, we were supposed to receive a call to arrange a visit - the service went completely silent. We ourselves called them for two more days about this, and were promised several times that they would get in touch with us - and that was it.
That's our experience with two ACSs. And this is before anything even happened, thankfully; we just needed to connect new equipment. Now I hope even more that everything will work long and happily.
