It's good that we didn't buy an oven from this brand. I don't recommend it. The surface is absolutely not suitable for our voltage. It breaks instantly due to outages and surges. We were refused repair under warranty! It turned out that the main spare part - the control module, is not available anywhere. We will investigate further. Due to a power surge or a manufacturing defect, she stopped listening to commands. Sensors are not active. Cook for 3 months. The repair shop refused to repair it. We will sue. |
Unfortunately, we didn't manage to use this model for long. After just the second time cooking with it, something inside snapped and the glass cracked... since glass isn't covered under warranty, we replaced it for 3 thousand hryvnias. After the repair, the glass cracked again on the very first use... I was beyond frustrated... we contacted the seller, but it was, of course, useless to hope for anything... Never believe the 2-year warranty... it's all in vain... relying on the warranty or the seller is pointless... In the end, the stove cost us more than 6.5 thousand hryvnias, and we were left without a stove and without money... The design of the surface is very beautiful. It looks good; the main thing is not to leave any stains or wet streaks on it. We bought it almost a year ago during renovations, and so far, there haven't been any particular problems, everything is satisfactory. The controls are simple, there is an option to lock all the buttons, and there is child protection to prevent accidental pressing during operation. There is also a residual heat indicator, which reduces the risk of getting burned. Cooking on it is quite convenient; the burners heat up quickly, so cooking starts almost immediately, which saves a lot of time. After using a gas stove with cast-iron burners, it might take some getting used to, but since this isn't my first glass-ceramic surface, I'm already accustomed to it and can't imagine anything different. And the appearance can't be compared; it looks modern, beautiful, and respectable. Sometimes the sensors don't respond, and you have to press again. I don't know what it's related to, possibly moisture getting in, which is common when cooking. It doesn't happen often, but it occurs periodically. use Gorenje ECT 610 SC month or more i recommend it should buy |
