The list of advantages of this model includes a neat appearance, a simple connection mechanism, a common fitting format and an intelligent automatic temperature control mode. Thanks to the latter, the system adjusts the speed of the fans and the pump in the background, providing an optimal balance between cooling and silence.

And the design uses special sound-absorbing materials, which gives reason to record this CBO in the ranks of components with a minimum noise level (note: the manufacturer claims performance in the region of 20 - 32 dB). To cool the processor, the Fractal Design Celsius S36 uses a three-section 360 mm radiator and a water block with an Asetek pump, which is covered by a pair of branded Dynamic X2 fans with a rotation speed of 500 to 2000 rpm.

The system demonstrates an impressive level of efficiency, which in many respects exceeds the results of well-known tower supercoolers and falls short of the efficiency of custom CBOs. The system features a simplified mounting mechanism, and the list of supported processor sockets includes all current motherboards from AMD (AM2/AM3/AM4, FM1/FM2, TR4) and Intel (LGA115x, LGA1366 and LGA20xx).
