The handles are placed too close to the surface of the pot, making it impossible to fit fingers between them, so you can only carry it with your palms, which is very inconvenient.

The lid is a disaster, its diameter is about a centimeter larger than needed, causing it to rattle with the slightest shift or movement. Is this normal? On my old pot, which cost six (six!) times less, the lid perfectly fit the diameter, maybe with a 1 mm gap, no more.

The welding of the handles is terrible, I refused to accept the item 3 times because they were all deeply scratched at the attachment point. Only on the 3rd attempt did they send a more or less acceptable piece, but it still has scratches on the handles, just not as bad as the first two.
