We bought this boiler for 50l .. After installation, the water began to beat with current, the body too. I called 2 private electricians and both said that the heater or thermostat was faulty. I called the service, the service complained for a long time with the arrival, they demanded 3 seals (and I had one a little higher above the warranty cards) and judging by my descriptions, the lady at the reception decided that the breakdown was our fault and the call would be paid. I had to go to the store and deliver 2 more seals (although, as it turned out, this was not mandatory, since one seal indicating the model and date of sale was enough). After that, she insisted on coming. As a result, a master arrived a week later, the conclusion: the heater was broken. The assembly of boilers of this line is Russian, but for some reason the sellers are silent about this. The repairman told me about this and, as a confirmation, the Russian climate uses this brand, and also writes this under-control programme. As extra.
