Model overview based on user reviews
The Electrolux EWH Centurio IQ series offers a range of electric water heaters with capacities from 30 to 100 liters, featuring a modern design and digital controls. Users appreciate its fast heating, stainless steel tank, and reliability, with options for eco mode and WiFi control in some models. However, some users have reported issues with the reliability of the remote access program and service support, particularly regarding warranty claims. The product is praised for its ease of installation and efficient performance, but there are concerns about the quality of assembly and service availability in certain regions. Overall, while many find it a valuable addition for consistent hot water supply, potential buyers should be aware of the maintenance requirements to ensure longevity.

Excellent modern water heater
1 October 2017
Excellent water heater, compact despite its 100 liters. It has an economical mode, a timer, and a bunch of other features.
What needs to be remembered - despite the advanced features, this heater needs maintenance once a year, then it will last a very long time.
Warranty 8 years
Stainless steel tank, 2mm thick, good thermal insulation, controllable via WiFi, dry heating element, reliability, fast heating, excellent appearance

A good option when there is no hot water
25 September 2017
We bought it because we didn’t have hot water for half the summer (thank God, we were warned in advance). This water heater did the job perfectly. By morning there are 100 liters of hot water, everyone takes a shower; During the day, the tank is kept full in eco mode (temperature 55 degrees), in the evening the full tank is boiled again - and all family members perform their evening toilet.
Heats up quickly, there are different power modes, a long warranty on the tank, easy installation
It’s not clear what kind of heat loss there is, there’s not a word about it in the instructions

Small boiler with stainless steel tank
18 January 2018
The hot water in our house is only called hot. You have to "let it run" a lot and often, so it turns out that for every used liter, you drain as much into the sewage. To avoid paying 250 gr per cubic meter for such a communal pseudo-service when you need to wash dishes or quickly take a shower, I purchased this electric boiler. It's easier and cheaper with it.
This is a modern electric water heater of small volume with an interesting and boring design. Its volume is modest only 30 liters, but this is quite enough for me alone. In addition, it warms up quite quickly, so if necessary, a completely cold tank will turn into a hot one in less than an hour. It has two heating elements, which make up two stages of heating. The first stage gives a power of 1300 W, and the second is already 2 kilowatts. If you want to heat slowly and economically, use only the first one and set the temperature control to the ECO position. Then the water slowly warms up to 55 degrees, which is usually enough for everything. If you need more water and time is limited, then on the second foot, at the maximum position of the regulator, the water will heat up to 75 degrees. The water heater has a modern digital control with a display and the ability to heat water on a timer at a certain time. The inner tank is made of stainless steel, but is still additionally protected by a magnesium anode, this is necessary for the integrity of the welds. There is a safety shutdown device.
As for the super-long warranty of 96 months, I advise you not to flatter yourself too much. It is given only on the tank, or rather on its integrity. And you can use it if your boiler has undergone annual maintenance in an authorized service. In short, the tank is good here, but it is not easy to meet all the conditions of the guarantee))
