Model overview based on user reviews
The Electrolux EHH 96240 IK is an induction hob with a sleek black design, featuring four burners made from glass-ceramic material. While it offers useful functions like auto switch-off, child lock, and a residual heat indicator, some users have reported issues with the product's durability. One user experienced the ceramic surface crumbling when heated, and noted dissatisfaction with the company's warranty service. Additionally, the hob's power levels have been criticized, with water taking up to 15 minutes to boil on certain burners. The price is considered high for the performance and class of the appliance. Overall, while the hob has modern features, potential buyers should be aware of these reported concerns.
Cons

When heated, the ceramic crumbled. The company refuses to bear warranty obligations
10 June 2018
When heated, the ceramic crumbled. The company refuses to bear warranty obligations. So I will never buy anything else with the Electrolux label in my life and I don’t recommend it to you!!!!
Low-power, on the front right and rear left burners, 1 liter of water boils in 15 minutes. The price does not correspond to the class of the slab and is actually 1.5 times too high.
use Electrolux EHH 96240 IK month or more i recommend it don't buy
