Lightweight and powerful saw for every task
The DeWALT DWE575K saw is one of the lightest in its class. She weighs only 4 kg. Therefore, this model is suitable for most typical carpentry work: cutting and trimming boards up to 50 – 60 mm thick, sawing wood along and across the fibers, cutting bars, etc. Despite the lack of a speed maintenance function, the electric motor has enough power to cope with with hard knots or small nails stuck in the boards.
Ergonomics thought out to the smallest detail
The DeWALT DWE575K saw has an excellent view of the sawing area. You can conveniently control how the disc goes through the wood. Chips from the cutting line in front of the disc are blown away by the air stream. At the back of the casing, sawdust is ejected to the right side or fed into a vacuum cleaner hose that can be connected to the saw.
The angle of the sole is adjustable from 0° to 57° (very wide, but not a record range) with fixed positions at 22.5° and 45°. The cutting depth, depending on the inclination of the sole, reaches 67 mm — this allows you to cut almost all boards that are used in construction, or to cut OSB boards in whole packages to save time. Tilt and depth settings are securely fixed in the selected position.
Brand quality and maximum reliability
For most circular saws, the cable is the weakest point. But in the DeWALT DWE575K model, it is made of durable rubber and reinforced at the junction with the body. You can easily lift the saw by the cord or pull it towards you without fear of damaging the cable. The 4 mm thick sole is made of wear-resistant aluminium. The body of the tool is reinforced in the motor area to protect it from damage in case of a fall. The design of the bearing assembly provides protection against clogging by fine wood dust.
The saw comes in a convenient plastic case (there is also a completely similar DeWALT DWE575 model without a case). It provides space for a tool and several interchangeable discs with a diameter of 190 mm. One saw blade is included, spares can be purchased separately.
