Purchased the D-Link DIR-2150 to set up a media library based on a network player and an external HDD connected to the USB 3.0 port of this router (plus a smart TV for future use). The built-in DLNA media server and Samba file server of this router are used. Files on the HDD can also be downloaded via the primitive built-in torrent client. Playback of media files was convenient and stable, including HiRes 24/192 files. FLAC files are supported in the new firmware. With proper channel configuration and WiFi bandwidth selection, there are no interruptions, disconnections, or freezes, and there shouldn’t be any. Within the local network, the speed is stable and sufficient for all needs. In addition to the provider's cable internet, I connected a 3G USB modem from ZTE to the router (as a backup in case of cable internet disconnection), it worked immediately and provided stable access.
