Chieftec Task TPS-700S

A powerful and relatively affordable branded ATX v2.3 standard computer power supply with a controlled 120 mm fan and a traditional cable subsystem layout. It is the senior model of the Chieftec Task line of the sample of 2013, which includes four devices with power from 400 to 700 watts. It is positioned as an affordable product of the middle price category, designed to power high-performance gaming systems with pre-top / top-end video cards (typical power consumption up to 300 W) and home workstations of the corresponding power.

The Chieftec Task TPS-700S power supply is built on a modern hardware platform with efficient circuitry and a reliable element base. It shows good energy efficiency >85% efficiency, corresponding to the 80 Plus Bronze certification level. Provides reliable stabilization of output voltages, capable of delivering up to 92% of the declared power through the +12V line (current up to 54 A).

At low or medium loads of 120 mm, the cooling system fan rotates at a low speed and does not create significant noise.
