Chieftronic SteelPower BDK-650FC is one of the few fully modular power supplies with 80 PLUS Bronze certification. Usually this is the prerogative of more expensive "gold" models. The Sitronix Supervisor IC provides surge and short circuit protection.

You don't have to worry about overheating either: even with the maximum load of the PSU, the temperature of the PSU does not exceed 50°C. However this is achieved by a noisy fan speed — 2400 rpm. Well, at least up to half the load on the PSU, the hydrodynamic spinner spins at a quiet 700 rpm.
