The Bumbleride pushchair is one of the most popular twin pushchairs on the market. It is offered in a wide range of colours with pleasant and practical finishing materials.
Large inflatable wheels and high durability
Bumbleride Indie Twin received 4 large inflatable wheels of the same diameter (30 cm). They guarantee excellent handling, quiet and smooth running. The swivel front wheels add agility, and their locking feature provides improved off-road flotation.
According to the manufacturer, the “walk” is able to withstand 41 kg (in addition to its own weight), that is, the children are already quite adults, and there are a lot of purchases from the supermarket. In addition to the wheels, a solid aluminium frame should take care of this.
Compactness and convenience
The Bumbleride Indie Twin fits easily through most doorways. The width of the chassis is 74 cm, which is a pleasant exception to the rule for a book folding mechanism (such small dimensions are typical for more compact canes).
Relatively small dimensions do not affect the comfort of babies. The seats are spacious enough. The backrest, footrest and large hoods are autonomously adjustable. The shopping compartment is large and does not sag under the weight of placed products and/or things.
Optional features
The Walk can be turned into a versatile pushchair by purchasing the Carrycot Carry Cot for the Indie Twin. Also, the model is compatible with car seats (when using adapters), for example, with Maxi Cosi products. But in the “base” the set of accessories is quite modest: the buyer receives a pump and a shopping compartment.
The disadvantage of the pushchair can be called an inconvenient backrest adjustment mechanism (“not enough hands” to lift it normally with the baby) and a rather large weight (almost 15.5 kg). In general, the Bumbleride Indie Twin has only one serious minus — the price that the American brand asks for all the benefits of a “walk” offered with a minimum package.
