The Broil King Porta-Chef 320 is a portable gas grill that claims to be the best in its class. The device from the Canadian manufacturer, despite its seeming bulkiness, is very mobile — when folded, it becomes compact and easily fits in the boot of a car. When unfolded, it looks like a small gas stove from the past. The legs, screwed to the base of the case, can be easily detached if necessary, and the grill turns into a tabletop one. The grate is capacious — in one run you can feed a large company. Such an apparatus is not cheap, but it also has considerable possibilities — other grills will envy.

This device has not one, but three burners — they are located along the body and provide an even distribution of heat over the entire working surface. Burning of each torch is smoothly regulated by the separate rotary handle. Heat deflectors help create optimal heat convection — these are specially shaped plates that distribute the heat received from the burners. Meat, cutlets, hamburgers and other products are quickly and evenly fried on porcelain-coated cast-iron grates. The presence of adjustable burners and heat deflectors helps to create different temperature conditions — the Porta-Chef 320 grill can even be used as a smoker. You can also use an indirect method of cooking — placing food between the flame.

Powered by portable gas cylinders, this gas grill has every detail thought through. Products, wine, spices and other small items can be stacked on folding shelves — one on each side. The grill is ignited by pressing a button — electric ignition works in any weather. To warm up cold food, there is an additional shelf — it is mounted a little higher than the main grill. A thermometer built into the lid of the grill helps to monitor the temperature.
The grill comes with three FLAV-R-Wave aroma plates. Juice dripping from the meat falls on such a plate, evaporates immediately and gives the meat that very smoky barbecue flavor for which all the fuss is arranged.
If desired, the grill can be equipped with a PORTA-CHEF™ CART trolley, on which the device can be easily transported from place to place. The only thing that can confuse the buyer is the price.
