Bosch released a chic multi-tool GSR 12 V-15, but its complete set was redundant for me and I purchased this reduced one. In any case, if necessary, the missing parts can be purchased separately. It’s worth it, though it’s not cheap, but it’s Bosch, they have already accustomed their consumers to high prices) I needed a good cartridgeless screwdriver/drill and buying one complete with an easy-to-fasten chuck is just what the doctor ordered. The tool has a short length, which is less than 18 centimeters and works great with bits and drills with a 1/4 inch hex shank. It can produce a large force (up to 30 Nm), which makes it easy to drive screws up to 7 mm inclusive and drill both in wood and metal. Moreover, in steel parts, you can drill holes with a diameter of up to 10 mm. There are two speeds for drilling and screwdriving. The first is up to 400 rpm, the second, which is for drilling, up to 1000 rpm. The chuck in the kit is quick-clamping, with a maximum diameter of a cylindrical shank of 10mm. I also want to praise the batteries, they are very tenacious for their weight. They work for a long time, charge quickly (about an hour), there is no memory effect - beauty! By the way, the weight of the entire screwdriver in a cartridgeless configuration is quite small, only 600 grams. Supplied in a handy carrying case, which is convenient for carrying and transporting. There is a three-year manufacturer's warranty. With a good tool, work is more fun and hands get tired noticeably less. The fast charging function does not work as described by the Boshevites. It is promised that in half the time, that is, in half an hour, the battery gains almost 80% of its capacity. This is not entirely true, according to the sensations of the charge, a little more than half of the nominal value is obtained. |
