Model overview based on user reviews
The ARTI WH Flat M Dry boiler is appreciated for its compact and flat design, making it a suitable choice for those who want to avoid bulky installations. It features two dry heating elements and comes with a rich package. However, users have reported some issues, such as the distance between inlets being 400 mm instead of the standard 200 mm, which complicates installation. Additionally, there were initial concerns about a strong smell of herring from the water, which dissipated after a month of use. Economically, while it offers some savings on water costs, it significantly increases electricity consumption, doubling it in some cases. One user experienced a defect with the model, leading to a replacement, and expressed dissatisfaction with the product's quality, suggesting it might be poorly assembled. Overall, while the boiler offers some advantages in terms of design and initial cost savings, potential buyers should be aware of the installation challenges and increased electricity usage.
Pros

Cons

The boiler should pay off in 15.5 years.

I bought a flat one because I didn't want a bulky "barrel" hanging above the toilet. The first week, the water had a strong smell of herring, but if you filled a container with hot water and let it settle for 5 minutes, the smell would go away. After a week of use, the smell reduced by half, and after a month, it disappeared completely. Perhaps it's due to the anode. I use 2 cubic meters of hot water per month. Buying hot water from our rooftop boiler operator at 96 UAH per cubic meter, I was paying 192 UAH per month. Now I only pay for cold water at the rate of 11.54 per cubic meter, and for the electricity needed to heat it. However, my electricity consumption has doubled. Before installing the boiler, my monthly consumption (for everything, lighting, induction electric stove, electric kettle, iron, two-door refrigerator, lighting, etc.) was 80-90 kWh (and paid 0.9 UAH per kWh at the rate up to 100 kWh, totaling 80-90 UAH per month), but now, after installing the boiler, I consume 180-190 kWh (and pay 100 UAH for up to 100 kWh, plus the excess at the rate of 1.68 UAH per month for 135-150 UAH). Essentially, this excess (exceeding the 100 kWh limit) is solely due to the boiler's hefty consumption (and that's even with it running in Eco mode all the time). Thus, if before I paid 192 UAH for hot water (2 cubic meters) at the rate of 96 UAH per cubic meter, with the boiler I pay for the purchase of 2 cubic meters of cold water 23.08 UAH, and for electricity (10 kWh at the cheaper rate of 0.9 UAH, and 80 kWh at the more expensive rate of 1.68 UAH) 143.40 UAH. Total: 166.48 UAH per month. Savings of 25 UAH per month.
Compact, flat, inexpensive, simple, two dry heating elements, rich package
The distance between the inlets is 400 mm, not 200 mm (as with most), so I had to bend the connecting pipes for installation. Not economical. The water had a smell, which disappeared after a month of use.

I do not advise you to buy, it seems they are collected in the basement. I regret that I bought it.
Compact.
I just put it in and immediately started to flow, the service department admitted that the marriage was for an exchange. When I took apart the spare parts where they were rusty.
 i recommend it don't buy
