The AEG IAX 64411 CB induction hob from the Serie 7000 lineup represents the standard class and stands out with its advanced intelligent functions. Among the key features is the support for SenseBoil technology, which uses a special sensor to monitor the moment water boils and automatically reduces the heating power, preventing splatter and boil-over.
The Hob2Hood function is also implemented, allowing the hob to control a compatible range hood. At low heat, the fan operates at minimal speed, while at increased power, it accelerates, ensuring effective removal of steam and odors.
Induction Burners for Any Task
The model is equipped with four induction burners: a small one (14.5 cm, front right), two medium ones (18 cm, rear), and a large one (21 cm, front left). Their power reaches 1.4, 1.8, and 2.3 kW, respectively. When PowerBoost is activated, the heating is temporarily increased — up to 2.5 kW for the small zone and up to 3.7 kW for the large one.
Convenient touch control is implemented through individual sliders for each burner. Among the additional functions are a countdown timer, a pause mode with settings recovery, child lock, and a 3-level residual heat indicator. The latter not only allows safe use of the panel after switching off but also keeps dishes warm due to residual heat.
