So the Aspire 7 can easily compete with entry-level and mid-range gaming laptops. The Acer Aspire 7 A715-43G most often uses a 6-core Ryzen 5 processor (Barcelo family, Zen 3 microarchitecture) with 8/16 GB DDR4 RAM and an NVMe SSD with a capacity of up to 512 GB. An alternative to them are more expensive and productive builds based on a 16-thread Ryzen 7 CPU with 16/32 GB of RAM and multiple drives. The latter options are quite suitable for the role of a mobile workstation. All models in the family are equipped with mid-range 15-inch IPS screens with 1080p resolution, a high margin of brightness and increased hertz (144 Hz), thanks to which especially fast and dynamic scenes in games look smooth and natural. A gigabit network adapter with support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 wireless networks is responsible for network communications with minimal latency. The full-size island-style keyboard features a full numeric keypad and solid-color backlighting. A built-in battery can provide up to 6.5 hours of battery life. Additional equipment includes a fingerprint scanner, a second SSD slot and a webcam with an HD-class optical sensor.
