One of the key advantages of the Zubr EP-200-1000N is the engine power. With a 1000 W motor, you can safely cut everything: ordinary wall tiles, floor tiles, facing clinker and even some types of cement concrete products used for paving sidewalks. The list of materials that can be cut with this machine is limited only by the depth of cut, which reaches an impressive (by the standards of this class of tool) 40 mm. Naturally, in order to use the capabilities of the tool to one hundred percent, you should buy a good cutting disc for ceramics or stone (circles with a diameter of 200 mm are suitable for the tile cutter).

"Sharpened" for large tiles

The Zubr machine is quite massive and heavy. It weighs 15kg (twice as much as most other bottom feed tile cutters). Therefore, despite the presence of handles for transportation, it is difficult to carry it (it makes sense to think about buying an aluminium workbench with wheels). On the other hand, the massive structure is more stable and the machine does not "jump" or vibrate during operation.

A large desktop (500x400 mm) allows you to work with large-format tiles. Using this tool, it is convenient to cut even floor porcelain tiles measuring 80x80 cm. Moreover, the machine has a side platform on which you can rest the edge of the tile so that it does not hang in the air (however, in the reviews there are complaints about the insufficient rigidity of the retractable extension cord). The casing and water tank are very well made, and the liquid practically does not splatter when sawing in the "wet" mode.

Everything is good, but the price bites

Machine "Zubr" EP-200-1000N is one of the best tile cutters among models with bottom feed. But many believe that its price is too high. If you are of the same opinion, then you should take a look at its “younger brother” — the 600-watt Zubr EP-180-600N device with slightly more modest capabilities.
