Bought this water heater a year and a half ago. It sat in the box for almost a year because we were renovating. Six months ago, we connected it, and wow!!! It started leaking after a month!!!!! We called the service center, and they said we should have called for maintenance service. What maintenance, when it was just sitting in the box? In short, they can't even repair it for money because there are no spare parts. Now it's unused and just hangs as a prop. If you want problems and a ton of hassle, you can go for this water heater.
