- Took it out of the box, activated it, charged it, and went. - Tubeless tires, for me this is an important advantage (puncture-resistant, soft and comfortable, no inner tube); - Good range (if you ride calmly on a good road, it can easily go 35 km on drive mode, and maybe 30-32 km on sport mode); - Large wheels and good off-road capability; - Quite a large base, very comfortable; - Power is more than sufficient; - So far it doesn't squeak, whistle, or overheat, holds power regardless of charge; - Assembly, welds, and quality of materials are good. - A speed limit of 20 km/h, it really lacks the ability to occasionally go 25-30 on a straight and smooth road; - Weight of 17 kg, not easy to carry around. (My bicycle weighs around 12-13 kg and even that seemed like a lot) |
Review after 1650 km and two seasons of use. This is my first electric scooter, so some tips are for beginners too. I live in a village where the roads are far from perfect, so the first thing I noticed is the strong jolt on bumps. Due to the small wheel size, every bump feels much rougher than on a bicycle. - I liked the wide deck and sturdy construction; the frame doesn't creak and feels solid. - The maximum speed is limited to 25 km/h, which is perfectly sufficient for me. There's no simple way to "hack" the limit, and the complex method only adds +5 km/h, and it's meant for the Ultra model, so it's unclear if it would work for this one. - A few times I encountered an issue where the scooter would lock and not connect to the app. The solution: remove the device from Mi Home and add it again. - The average energy consumption is 1.1–1.2 kWh per 100 km, which costs about 0.2 EUR at a rate of 4.32 UAH/kWh. - The actual average range on a single charge is about 27 kilometers. - Throughout the usage period, only once did bolts come loose causing some play. The problem was easily solved in a few minutes with the included tools. Build, materials, wide frame, comfortable fit, smoothness Possible jerky brakes, lack of suspension for rough roads, inability to control through the app without the internet, slightly insufficient range for long trips, heavy to carry by hand. |
