Noise canceling, operating time, wireless. There are connection problems, no bass. |
nothing new, teaching such headphones to work in several devices is really difficult they sound good, a normal microphone, everything is really cool, probably for a non-music lover like any other vacuum headphones, type SI charging - albeit not convenient, but damn it, at least someone supports the process like all such headphones, they get stupid when all the devices to which they are connected are nearby, probably only airpods can do this, you connect it to your phone, tablet and computer, take them out - into your ears and turn on the music - that's it, they don't play, you need to reconnect, complete stupidity |
I bought these headphones after comparing with other headphones in the Xiaomi store. As a result of listening, I liked the sound. It was balanced, the bass was present, I added it a little later in the equalizer. After the purchase, I got used to them for a long time, at first they did not sit very comfortably in my ears, I picked up the ear pads for a very long time: too small, the sound gets worse and the headphones fall out, too large - uncomfortable. I chose more and after a while I got used to it. At first it seemed that the sound sounds different every time, so it was, it was necessary to restart the headphones, if such a situation arose, right now everything seems to be fine. The charge of the headphones themselves is sufficient, I never put them to zero, but the case is somehow strange that it is of such size and charges only 3 times. You need to charge it constantly, because if it sits down, the headphones will only connect to a recent device, and it is impossible to restart them. Noise reduction works, although not as we would like. In fact, it turned out that something is just a frequency filter. In general, if you take at a discount - a great choice. Fast connection. Nice sound. Ease of use. You can connect the right and left earbuds to different devices. Rarely does a false positive occur. Noise cancellation more or less works. Controls: no rewind and no volume control. Sometimes the sound is different in two headphones (rarely, fixable). They may fall out of the ears. The magnets are bad, although it was probably more convenient to pull out. use Xiaomi Mi AirDots Pro few months |
Pro version of the popular model
In an attempt to quickly catch up with Apple, Xiaomi has released the interesting true wireless headphones Mi AirDots, which, as usual, tempt buyers with high quality at a low price. However, the headphones turned out to be not perfect, so after quite a bit of time, the Pro version landed on the shelves with an updated design in the spirit of AirPods and enhanced functionality.
Now with active noise cancellation
First of all, Pro differ in that they received the function of active noise reduction. On the one hand, it reduces the noise level quite well, on the other hand, the noise does not disappear completely — the rumble of wheels in the subway or the noise of an alarm makes its way through the music. Next comes the waterproofing that sports fans have been asking for, microphone noise cancellation, and support for AAC codecs, which not only improve sound quality, but make it easier to work with Apple smartphones. Naturally, for all the improvement had to pay something. First of all, money (the Pro version costs one and a half times more), secondly, battery life (3 hours for Pro versus 4 hours for regular AirDots).
The perfect headset
But in terms of sound, everything has changed dramatically. The Pro version has a larger margin in volume, they do not wheeze at maximum power and stably keep in touch with the phone. The character of the sound became more deaf, it lacks details. It seems that Mi AirDots Pro are more designed for use as a headset, and music is secondary for them.
AirPods style design
There is also a small problem with ergonomics. Although AirDots copy the design of AirPods, due to the in-ear shape, they are larger and do not sit as comfortably in the ear. They do not fall out, but the weight is felt. Plus, they have a charging case much larger than the AirPods case and it’s unlikely that you can put it in your jeans or jacket pocket.

-The sound is quality and good, but the bass is bad, they're almost non-existent, which spoils the sound volume. During the year, the earbud disconnected only twice and it happens either because of uneven ear discharge (when used separately) - it's fixed by resynchronization, and you shouldn't forget about problematic versions of Android or MIUI, so at one time on the Redmi Note 8, the Pro 2 earbuds didn't work at all.
-The touch control hasn't failed even once, there are no glitches, BUT, there is one issue, the touch turns off when the battery is low, and they continue to work for an extra hour after the low battery signal thanks to the modules being depowered.
