I bought a boiler from this company, and the 12-month warranty period has not yet passed, the heater has stopped heating. I disassembled, cleaned, the dry heater burned out because water got into the flange tube. The tube was not flattened, and it was also slightly compressed at the factory and had holes, so the water leaked out and burned the dry heater! I ordered a new heater on the manufacturer's website and bought it from the manager, named the brand of my boiler. The new heater arrived six days later, but it is 20 cm longer than the flange tube. I call the managers, I demand to figure it out. It turns out that the year of manufacture of the boiler is not the same (that's why the heater sizes are different, the manager did not find out the year of manufacture of the boiler), they offer to buy a heater not 1.5 kW, but 1.2 kW. , because the one I need is no longer there. I agree, because I have not had hot water for 10 days. The unprofessionalism of the "managers" is amazing. After 12 days, I buy and receive a 1.2 kW heating element at Nova Poshta, and I send the one that was sent back. I slapped the flange myself and tinned it so that it would work a little longer. It should be noted that the warranty on the components is 12 months, but they did not last even this period for the Willer boiler. The flange on the website says stainless steel, in fact it is some unknown Chinese alloy, moreover, soft and already completely corroded. The anode collapsed in less than 12 months (in my previous boiler it served for more than 5 years, I am silent about the flange at all). Made in some basement China. Although the boiler does not seem like that from the outside. And the filling is disposable basement junk.
