Unlike faster centrifugal designs, in this auger model, juice is extracted by mechanically crushing the fruit with a screw and filtering the liquid through a stainless steel metal sieve that retains the pulp.

Thanks to this technology, the TRISTAR SC 2292 juicer does not heat up the squeezed juice at all, minimizes its oxidation by air oxygen and retains the beneficial properties of the natural product to the maximum. The 200W electric motor and durable 110rpm gearbox provide massive torque for performant work. The drip-stop feature eliminates spills to help keep work surfaces clean. All removable parts of the juicer can be washed in an automatic dishwasher.
