Design

The cascade washbasin tap of the Spanish manufacturer Tres Cuadro-tres 00610101 is more in line with European trends than national traditions. It has a laconic design with straight lines, cubic shapes and the correct proportions of each element, which are embodied in the Cuadro Tres sanitary ware line. This model, like the entire collection, is characterized by the blurring of boundaries between space and form inherent in cubism. The tap is available in a wide range of colours: chrome (polished), stainless steel (matt), gold (polished and matt), white and black. Two-tone models are also available with a chrome-plated lever and a black or white painted body.

Shape and dimensions

The faceted shapes of the body, spout and lever of the device will best fit into the modern interiors of bathrooms. The solidity of the design is emphasized by the base plate of the case with a rectangular edging. The edge of the joystick lever is slightly curved, following the lines of the outlet of the spout. The tap itself has a low height of 159 mm and a low cascade spout of 102 mm, which prevents unwanted splashing of water. When this tap is installed together with the Tres Cuadro-tres 10717002 bath and shower tap, a complete harmony of the sanitary ware set, made in the same style, is created.

The instrument is equipped with two control valves with filters and a Simple‑Rapid ceramic cartridge with temperature limiter. The Protec-Tres protection system allows you to set a fixed position of the adjusting ring, which limits the range of movement of the lever for mixing hot water. Thanks to this, it is possible to fine-tune the maximum water temperature and avoid thermal burns. The device comes with 3/8" threaded flexible hoses, which can cause connection difficulties in older homes. In addition, as a disadvantage, it should be noted that the model is not equipped with a bottom valve.
