Two thermoses were purchased (I don't remember the exact sizes, but I think they were 0.75 and 1.2 liters). The design looks sleek, even a bit aggressive. The black matte surface doesn't slip in your hands and is less prone to fingerprints compared to traditional stainless steel thermoses. The manufacturer originally mentioned on the packaging about the long-lasting temperature retention. In home conditions (+20°C), boiling water cooled to 80°C and 79°C after 9.5 hours for the 1.2 and 0.75 liter sizes, respectively. During winter, there was an experience with mulled wine; I can't provide exact numbers, but after 3-4 hours in the cold, the drink remained hot, requiring cooling down before drinking. The absence of a valve means you have to unscrew the lid, but this ensures better sealing and thus such good temperature retention. A nice bonus is the additional cup, though it is a different size. Moreover, the cups are the same regardless of the thermos size. What wasn’t very comfortable was screwing the lid on; sometimes it's tricky, like dealing with a Morshynska bottle cap. Excellent heat retention, 2 cups, matte body The lid is difficult to twist on |
The thermos is just excellent. A while back (13 years ago) I bought the exact same one but with a capacity of 1.6 liters for trips out in nature. Based on those wonderful features and experience using it, in 2016 I purchased this thermos for my city backpack for work, but with a 0.75-liter capacity. The same great quality and high thermal insulation performance. Definitely recommend, time-tested! High quality, reliable construction, affordable price. It's not exactly disappointing, but the powder paint coating on the outside of the thermos comes off over time. However, this naturally doesn't affect the performance of the thermos itself. |
I spend a lot of time behind the wheel, so a good thermos is simply essential for me. I consciously chose a model with a small capacity: 0.5 liters is the optimal option. I've been using it for about two months now and I'm quite satisfied with it. It maintains the temperature excellently. Even late in the evening, the drink remains quite hot. Of course, it loses a few degrees, but the performance still suits me. I haven't had the chance to use the thermos during hot weather yet, so I can't say anything about keeping things cold, I haven't tried it. The lid is detachable, meaning this thermos comes with 2 small cups. Haven't found any downsides yet. It maintains the temperature well, and that's the main thing. The casing is made of slightly slippery material, so it's not very comfortable to hold in the air. The "tramp" inscription started to wear off a little, but it doesn't bother me much, after all, it's just a thermos. There are already some initial scratches on the casing. |
