Model overview based on user reviews
The Tesy GCV/GCVH 4524D is a boiler that offers an affordable price and a decent appearance. However, users have reported issues such as leaking from under the lid, attributed to a faulty gasket. Unfortunately, obtaining a replacement part can take over a month, which raises concerns about the efficiency of the service support. The service experience includes a voice on the phone that knows nothing and a technician who arrives without spare parts. This raises questions about the product's reliability, especially if more significant issues arise. Overall, it is considered a normal model with room for improvement in service and reliability.

normal model, nothing special

Their service is a voice on the phone that knows nothing and a technician without spare parts. If there are so many problems because of a rubber part, what will happen if something more serious breaks?
Looks okay. Affordable price.
Leaking from under the lid. The master said it's because of the gasket. The spare part needs to be waited for more than a month.
