For the money, it's okay.

Bought as a second air conditioner, but a different model since the old model was no longer available. I'm already familiar with these air conditioners, so I can say that basically, it's a standard TCL, with a classic but slightly improved remote (more thought out, like remembering the last settings in the mode I chose, so I don't have to click everything from scratch). It works relatively quietly and has been performing its function for over a year.
1. A workhorse. It works as it should, with no complaints. It ramps up to cooling in about a minute. For heating, it takes about 3-4 minutes.
2. The unit is not noisy. There are no vibrations, and I almost can't hear it when it's operating at night.
3. I have an extended warranty, for 3+1 years. I think that's a plus.
4. Convenient remote control included. By the way, it comes with batteries and a backlight. The old one (already 4 years old) doesn't have a backlight.
5. They say the heating works from -7°C. I don't know, I've turned it on at +10°C, 0°C, and -10°C. It worked the same.
It operates on the third floor, in the attic, under a metal roof, which is on the sunny side. In summer, it handles these challenges with ease. The attic is 28 square meters. I got a 12 capacity one, which is designed for 35 square meters. I wanted to have a reserve.
I didn't find any drawbacks. It's an inexpensive air conditioner that just works. The appearance is standard. There's a small screen on the unit. For some, it might be a downside that the connection tubes on the outdoor unit don't have a protective cover. But I don't care about that. By the way, the rubber mounts that came with it, I didn't install. According to reviews, they deteriorate in 2-4 years and start causing vibrations from the outdoor unit. Also, there are mechanical side louvers. But I haven't seen electronic ones in this price range. I'll show in the photos.
