Stylish and modern "classic"

The hob, which has replenished the Classica series of the Italian manufacturer Smeg, with standard dimensions for embedding, is distinguished by an increased surface width of up to 65 cm. This solution is designed to increase the working area and help with the placement of bulky dishes.

Pleasant externally glass-ceramic surface Smeg PM3621WLD, made in black, is complemented by original controls: a pair of rotary levers with retro design elements and a Touch control touch slider.

Advanced induction device

On the right side of the panel there are two induction heating zones, the boundaries of which are outlined by a single rectangle measuring 460x180 mm. Both burners have autofocus, that is, they automatically adjust to the placed dishes, which contributes to the rational use of electricity.

The power of each heating zone is 2.1 kW with support for a temporary boost up to 3.6 kW (Booster function). In addition, it is possible to combine two burners into one large one. This mode of the Multizone bridge is useful when cooking dishes in oblong or other non-standard utensils.

Induction hobs are also equipped with residual heat indication, automatic boiling, automatic shutdown, temperature maintenance, and pause mode. And to prevent children from making changes to settings, touch controls can be locked.

Efficient gas burners

On the left side of the Smeg PM3621 PM3621WLD worktop are gas burners. For quick heating, a powerful rear burner of 3.1 kW is proposed, and a small front burner of 1.1 kW will do well with delicate tasks. For them, automatic ignition and a gas control system are provided, and individual coasters for cast iron dishes are included.

The hob is one of the most functional combination solutions, along with its sister model Smeg PM6621. The price for such a status is a high cost, but it cannot be called unjustified, given the rich list of opportunities.
